Who the monthly log suits
If your blood pressure is stable and your doctor asked you to keep an eye on it, a month on one page is the simplest overview. You can see at a glance whether your readings are drifting up or down.
How to use it
- Set the first day of the month before printing, so the dates are filled in.
- Measure at the same times each morning and evening, after 5 minutes of rest.
- Write the reading in each box, top number before the slash, bottom number after it.
- At the end of the month, bring the page to your appointment.
For a new diagnosis or a medicine change, your doctor may prefer the 7-day log with two readings each time.
Not medical advice. This log is a place to write down your readings. Your target, how often to measure and your treatment come from your doctor.
Questions
Does the monthly log fit on one page?
Yes. Up to 31 days fit on one portrait US Letter or A4 page.
Can I print several months?
Yes. Choose a length of 2, 3 or 6 months. Each month prints on its own page.
Can I add a second reading?
Yes, but the boxes get narrower. For two readings each time, the weekly layout is easier to fill in.
What if I start in the middle of the month?
Set the first day to the day you start. The page runs for one month from that date.
Is it free?
Yes, with no sign-up.
