The short version
The log maker and the calculators run entirely in your browser. Your settings, your details (name, target, doctor, medications) and any readings you type stay on your device. We do not have accounts and we do not ask for your email or health information.

What stays on your device
- Your settings and details are saved in your browser's local storage so they are there next time. Clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
- The link in your address bar and the QR code on your printed log contain your layout settings and, if you entered one, your target. They never contain your name, doctor, medications or readings.
- PDF files are created in your browser and saved straight to your device.
What we collect
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. It records things like the page visited, the referring website, the country and the type of device, in aggregate. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We may also use Google Analytics, with your consent where the law requires it, to understand which pages are visited and whether people print or download a log. It never receives anything you type into the log maker or calculators. See how Google uses this data.
Fonts
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. See Google's privacy policy.
Advertising and cookies
The site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are never part of the log you print or download, and nothing you type is shared with Google or any advertiser.
- Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, limit how often you see them and measure how they perform. These may be based on your earlier visits to this and other websites.
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you will see a consent message and can choose whether Google may use cookies for personalised ads.
- You can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ad Settings, and from many other ad networks at aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, to object to its processing and to withdraw consent. We do not collect personal data through the log maker, so there is usually nothing for us to access or delete. If you have a question, email hello@healthlogmaker.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
