What makes it easier to use
- Larger text for days, dates and headings.
- Tall boxes, a full week on one landscape page.
- Fewer columns: one reading in the morning, one in the evening, pulse and notes.
You can still add a second reading or a time column if your doctor asks for them. Every setting keeps the large print.
Tips for carers
- Print your name, target and medications at the top under Your details, so the page makes sense on its own.
- Set the first day before printing, and the dates are filled in for you.
- Keep the log and a thick pen next to the monitor.
Not medical advice. This log is a place to write down your readings. Your target, how often to measure and your treatment come from your doctor.
