healthlogmaker is a free tool for making paper health logs. You choose what you measure and when, then print the log or save a PDF. The first log is for blood pressure; logs for medications, headaches and food and symptoms are on the way.
Who is behind it
Hi, I'm Kazimieras. I have lived with type 1 diabetes since 2006. For twenty years I have written my readings down on paper every day. That small habit is a big part of how I manage my health: a page shows patterns that single numbers hide, and my doctor can read it in seconds.
I built healthlogmaker because the same habit works for other health numbers too, starting with blood pressure. Most printable logs online are fixed PDFs with the wrong times or too many columns. Here you shape the log around your own day.
My first site, sugarlogmaker, makes printable blood sugar logs.
Not a doctor
I am not a medical professional. The guides on this site are written from experience and checked against published guidelines from the American Heart Association, the American Medical Association, the CDC and others, which are listed at the end of each guide.
How the site works
- Everything is built in your browser. Nothing you type, including your name, is sent to us.
- There is no account, no email sign-up and nothing to install.
- The site is free to use. It may show ads from Google AdSense to cover its costs. Ads are never placed inside the log you print.
Not medical advice. This log is a place to write down your readings. Your target, how often to measure and your treatment come from your doctor.
